The short version
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for their own purposes. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with partners. The only details we collect are the ones you type into this site, and we use them for one thing: getting back to you about DETONATE.
What we collect
If you send us a message, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and venue or company name if you choose to include them. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address. That is the full list. Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not ask for anything else.
How we use it
We use your message and contact details to reply to you and to answer your questions about DETONATE. We use mailing-list addresses to send occasional news and offers from Amusement Foundry, and nothing else. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Who can see it
Only the Amusement Foundry team. Two services help us run the site and handle your information on our behalf, under our instructions: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers our emails. Neither is permitted to use your information for its own purposes. We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you. The site stores one small value in your browser for the countdown timer in the header; it contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab. Video on this site is streamed from Vimeo, and Vimeo may set its own cookies when the player loads, under Vimeo’s privacy policy.
Buying DETONATE
Orders are placed on Creative Works’s website, which has its own privacy policy. Information you enter there goes to Creative Works, not to us.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and mailing-list addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will take care of it. You can leave the mailing list at any time using the link in any email we send.
Children
This site is written for venue operators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not weaken the promise in the first section without telling you.
